General Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Economics or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Having experince in FMCG/ retail and fresh product (fruit and vegetables).
- Required Skill(s): good at communicating, presenting and having good negotiating skills.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Sales or marketing horiculture plants.
Main Responsibility:
- Maintain existing customer and visiting any potential customers.
- Responsible for product sales and distribution with the pipeline of target.
- Achieve and perform personal sales targets .
- Build good relationships with customers, be able to handle complaints in a timely manner and understand their needs.
- Arrange customer meetings (new or old) regularly to meet customer needs.
